【摘要】 对木芙蓉种子进行机械破损、不同药剂浸种等处理,结果表明:砂纸摩擦、丙酮浸种均可促进木芙蓉种子的萌发,以砂纸摩擦5 m in结合丙酮浸泡3 h处理获得的效果最佳;木芙蓉种子对赤霉素不敏感;一年陈种子在发芽率上明显高于新种子。初步得出:种皮障碍是木芙蓉种子萌发的主要限制因素之一;木芙蓉种子需要后熟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seed germination experiments were carried out on Hibiscus mutabilis with different treatments,including mechanical treatment and seed soaking in different solutions.The best germination ratio was obtained in trail when seeds soaked in acetone for 3 hours after 5 minute sand papering;seeds were insensitive to GA₃;seeds had better germination ratio when stored for one year.It is concluded that Hibiscus mutabilis’ seeds need an after-ripening stage,and seed coat barrier is one of the main factors for seed dormancy.更多还原
