高温条件下杂交中稻结实率与生理生化特性变化的相关性研究

【摘要】 杂交中稻组合在自然高温和人工高温条件下,生理生化指标会发生一系列变化,表现为花药开裂率下降,总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量下降,浸泡液电导率增加,丙二醛、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加,内源激素ABA含量增加,生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素含量下降。类胡萝卜素、游离脯氨酸含量的变化量与结实率的相关性达到了显著水平,赤霉素、丙二醛含量的变化量与结实率的相关达到了极显著水平,这些指标可以作为筛选耐高温杂交中稻组合的重要参考依据。

【Abstract】 Under natural and man-made high temperature conditions, the changes in physiological and biochemical characteristics of the medium hybrid rice were observed,which includes the decrease of anthers cracking,the decrease of the amount of its total chlorophyll and carotenoids and also the decrease of IAA,gibberellin and cytokinin,which also includes the increase of the conductivity of the soak solution and of free proline,MDA,soluble sugar and ABA.The correlations between setting rates and variation in carotenoids,free proline,gibberellin and MDA contents are significant,and these indexes may be important in breeding of medium hybrid rice combinations with high resistance to high temperature.
