AFLP技术在花生品种鉴定上的应用研究

【摘要】 研究了8对AFLP引物在区分山东省10个主栽花生品种上的利用价值。结果说明,单独利用其中任何一对引物,均不能完全区分所有10个品种。要区分全部品种必须注意引物搭配。利用AFLP技术要揭示相似来源的花生品种的遗传变异性,可能需要采用不同的限制酶组合、并采用更多的引物对。

【Abstract】 Eight AFLP selective amplification primer pairs were used in an attempt to discriminate 10 peanut varieties from Shandong Province of China.The results showed that utilization any one of the primer pair failed to identify each of the cultivars,while primer pair combinations could differentiate each cultivar.To improve the discrimination power of AFLP for peanut cultivars of similar origin,different restriction enzyme combinations and more primer pairs may be needed.
