【Abstract】 Soybean seeds belong to Orthodox seeds.Changes of desiccation tolerance,the relation between desiccation tolerance and activities of antioxidation enzymes in imbibed soybean axes were investigated by measuring their rates of electrolyte leakage,fresh weight of seedlings,survival rate and activities of antioxidation enzymes.This can be taken as a reference for the research on desiccation tolerance of orthodox seeds and recalcitrant seeds.更多还原
