【摘要】 目的探讨医院感染管理工作的现状及其存在问题,根据学科发展要求提出相应对策。方法对感染管理工作的现状及国内外研究进展进行对比分析,在组织建设、人员配备、消毒隔离和抗菌药物应用管理等几个环节进行重点分析。结果目前医院感染的监测、控制和管理中尚存在诸多不足,从完善人员组织建设、强化管理理念、采用现代化管理手段等多方面提高感染管理水平。结论改进与完善医院感染管理体系,对提高医院感染管理、保障医疗服务质量具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the current infection control issues and discuss protocols of nosocomial infection management. METHODS Based on the characteristics and progresses of domestic and international nosocomial infection management,we analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures of some key issues. RESULTS Enhancing nosocomial infection objective-surveillance,the personnel construction,information technology,etc are the chief methods to improve the quality of nosocomial infection control. CONCLUSIONS Adopting some new measures to strengthen the nosocomial infection management is essential and important to the security of medical treatment.更多还原
