克拉霉素与加替沙星联合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎及混合感染疗效观察
Curative Effect of Clarithromycin Combined with Gatifloxacin to Treat Nongonococcal Urethritis(NGU) and Mixed Infection
【摘要】 目的评价两种药物联合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎及混合感染的疗效。方法348例患者口服克拉霉素与加替沙星,疗程12 d。结果对衣原体、支原体、衣原体+支原体及混合感染总有效率分别达100%、95%、91%、86%。结论联合用药治疗非淋菌性尿道炎及混合感染具有高效、安全、服用方便等优点。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the curative effect of a therapeutics alliance to treat nongonococcal urethritis(NGU) and mixed infection.METHODS In 348 patients,clarithromycin and gatifloxacin were taken orally for 12 days.RESULTS The effective rate of therapeutics alliance to treat chlamydia,mycoplasma,chlamydia mixed with mycoplasma and mixed infection was 100%,95%,91% and 82%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Therapeutics(alliance) is a highly effective,safe and convenient method to treat NGU and mixed infection.
