【摘要】 目的调查中国健康人群尿沉渣有形成分正常参考范围。方法在全国6个城市(北京、上海、广州、重庆、武汉和哈尔滨)的9家医院,使用相同的方法,检测正常人群(7453名,其中男4164名,女3289名,年龄为1~93岁)随机中段尿液,了解其红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞及管型的数量。研究期间,各实验室均进行严格的室内质量控制,保证结果的准确性和稳定性。结果UF-100检测尿液有形成分生物参考范围:(1)红细胞:男:0~17个/μl;女:儿童0~21个/μl,成人0~27个/μl。(2)白细胞:男:儿童0~12个/μl,成人0~16个/μl;女:儿童0~21个/μl,成人0~36个/μl;(3)上皮细胞:男:儿童0~6个/μl,成人0~8个/μl;女:儿童0~11个/μl,13~55岁成人0~40个/μl,55岁以上成人0~22个/μl;(4)管型:男:儿童0~0·6个/μl,成人0~1·0个/μl;女:儿童0~0·6个/μl,成人0~0·8个/μl。正常人群尿液红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞及管型检测结果性别之间、儿童与成人之间(除红细胞外)差异显著。结论本研究为建立中国健康人群随机尿液红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞及管型的正常参考范围建立基础性数据,为尿液有形成分检查规范化、标准化推广和临床应用提供中国人自己的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reference range of urinary formed elements by UF-100 in China.Methods The same methods were used to examine red blood cells(RBC),the white blood cells(WBC),epithelia cells and casts of urine on 7 453 healthy people,including 4 164 males and 3 289 females, aged 1～93,in 6 cities (Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chongqing,Wuhan and Haerbin) of China.The examination was completed within two hours and under strictly condition of laboratory quality control.Results The range of urinary RBC was 0～17/μl for male、0～21/μl for young women and 0～ 27/μl for adult women by UF-100; The range of urinary WBC was 0～12/μl for young men、0～16/μl for adult men、0～21/μl for young women and 0～36/μl for adult women by UF-100;The range of urinary epithelia cells was 0～6/μl for young men、0～8/μl for adult men、0～11/μl for young women、0～40/μl for adult women from 13 to 55 years and 0～22/μl for adult women over 55 years by UF-100. The range of urinary casts was 0～0.6/μl for young men、0～1.0/μl for adult men、0～0.6/μl for young women and 0～0.8/μl for adult women by UF-100. There was a significant difference in urinary formed elements among sexes and ages.Conclusion It provides basis for establishing the reference ranges of urinary formed elements in China and for standard use and clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
