【摘要】 目的探讨一种能够对较小皮肤软组织缺损进行精确定点修复的穿支微型皮瓣游离移植的方法。方法在对骨间后血管全段皮肤穿支的数量、分布、穿行形式等特点进行形态学观察的基础上,临床切取单一穿支微型皮瓣修复12例手指及1例耳郭缺损,对皮瓣的切取、成活特点及治疗效果进行探讨和观察。结果9例手指皮肤缺损皮瓣移植修复顺利成活,2例术后出现水疱、暗紫、结痂脱掉后成活,1例坏死。1例耳郭再造顺利成活,外观良好。结论骨间后动脉单一穿支微型皮瓣游离移植可对手等部位较小的皮肤软组织缺损进行精确的定点修复,方便,适应性强,治疗质量优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into an approach suitable for accurately repairing some small skin and soft tissue defects by a minitype vascularized perforator flap.Methods Based on the morphologic ob- servation to the amount,distributing and passing through form of the perforating branch from the posterior in- terosseous artery.This perforators belong to septofaeiocutaneous one and then can be classed asⅠandⅡtypes.Some free minitype flaps supplied by singleness perforating branch from the posterior interosseous artery were performed,which repaired fingers skin defect in 11 cases and partial auricle defect in 1 case.Results Eleven minitype flaps were successful but 1 case was failed for fingers.One for partial auricle defect was successful.The appearance and function of them were excellen.Conclusion A lesser skin and soft tissues defect can be repaired accurately by a minitype vascularized flap of singleness perforating branch from the pos- terior interosseous aftery.更多还原
