【摘要】 目的观察髂骨螺钉联合椎弓根钉治疗骶髂关节脱位的效果。方法对6例骶髂关节脱位患者采用髂骨螺钉联合椎弓根钉治疗。结果术后X片示6例均复位满意,无感染和血管神经损伤并发症。随访6￣18个月,内固定无松动断裂,骶髂关节无再脱位。结论腰5骶1椎弓根螺钉或骶1椎弓根螺钉结合髂骨板间螺钉固定技术治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位可获得即刻稳定性并良好维持复位效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inspect the effect of the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation by fixation by pedicle screws combined with iliac screws. Methods 6 cases diagnosed as sacroiliac joint dislocation were treated with the fixation by iliac screws combined with pedicle screws. Results X-rays after operation showed that all the dislocations were replaced satisfied without complications of infection and vessels or nerve injury. After follow-up visit of 6 to 18 months, no cinch or breakage of fixation was observed and no redislocations of sacroiliac joint happened. Conclusion To treat sacroiliac joint dislocation, the fixation by L5-S1 pedicle screws or S1 pedicle screws combined with iliac screws could provide stability of joint instantly and sustain the reduction well.更多还原
