【摘要】 目的评价开放复位重建钢板内固定治疗跟骨严重骨折的效果。方法用开放复位AO重建钢板内固定治疗跟骨严重骨折46例(53足),舌形骨折14足,横形骨折12足,压缩骨折21足,粉碎骨折6足。结果术后41例(48足)获得完整随访,完整随访时间6￣24个月,平均13个月。完整随访患者骨折全部愈合,参照Marylandfoodscore评分标准:优25足,良20足,可3足。结论开放复位AO重建钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折是一种较为理想的内固定方法,凡跟骨关节内骨折,只要病人全身情况允许,均应该采用切开复位内固定治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate for treatment of severe calcaneus fracture. Methods 46 cases(53 feet) of severe calcaneus fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with AO reconstruction plate, they included 14 feet of tongue shape fracture, 12 feet of transverse fracture, 21 feet of compression fracture and 6 feet of comminuted fracture. Results The follow-ups of 6 to 24 months(averaging 13 months) showed that all cases which had been followed up had union. Acording to Maryland food score standard,there were 25 cases excellent, 20 feet good and 3 feet less good. Conclusion Open reduction and AO reconstruction plate internal fixation for treatment of severe calcaneus fracture is a better method.Calcaneus inter-joint fracture should be treated with open reduction and internal fixation, unless the patients’ body could not be done.更多还原
