【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin和Ki-67蛋白在原发性胆囊癌(PGC)组织中的表达及其与癌组织类型、病理分级和转移状况的关系,以及Survivin和Ki-67表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测49例原发性胆囊癌、21例胆囊腺瘤和13例慢性胆囊炎组织中Survivin和Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果胆囊癌组织中Survivin和Ki-67表达阳性率分别为65．31%(32／49)和77．55% (38/49),均明显高于胆囊腺瘤(分别为0%和9．52%,P＜0．05),Survivin阳性表达与胆囊癌细胞分化程度、病理分级和转移无关(P＞0．05)。而Survivin和Ki-67的表达呈明显关联(K=0．509,P＜0．01)。结论Survivin和Ki-67均是胆囊癌高度恶性的重要指标,但Survivin表达可能与胆囊癌预后无关。Survivin和Ki-67蛋白的表达在胆囊癌的发生发展过程中可能具有相互协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the Survivin and Ki-67 expressions in primary pallbladder carci- noma (PGC) specimens and to evaluate whether survivin expression is related to pathobiological features of PGC.Methods In 49 specimens with PGC,21 with cholecystoadenoma and 13 with chronic cholecys- titis,the Survivin and Ki-67 expression in gallbladder tissues was detecteded by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between Survivin expression and clinico-pathologic data was analyzed.Results The Sur- vivin and Ki-67 expression was positive in PGC tissues with 65.31% (32/49) and 77.55% (38/49) re- spectively.Gallbladder tissues with cholecystoadenoma and chronic cholecystitis were negative for Survivin expression (P＜0.05 as compared to PGC group).However,the Survivin expression had no relation with differentiation,pathological grade and metastasis of PCJC (all P＞0.05).The Ki-67 expression was posi- tively related to the expression level of survivin gene (P＜0.05).Conclusion High expression of Sur- vivin and Ki-67 in gallbladder tissues might play an important synergistic role in the development of PGC.更多还原
