肿瘤坏死因子及中性粒细胞在脊髓继发性损伤中的作用
Effect of tumor necrosis factor and neutrophU in spinal cord secondary injury
【摘要】 目的探讨炎性反应对脊髓损伤细胞凋亡的影响及其作用机制。方法健康Wistar大鼠48只,随机分为2组,实验组与对照组。采用Allen法挫伤大鼠T10节段脊髓,于术后1、8 h和1、2、3、7 d取材。检测肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与髓过氧化物酶水平的变化。结果实验组肿瘤坏死因子与髓过氧化物酶水平均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论中性粒细胞及TNF-α参与了脊髓继发性损伤,并可能是触发迟发性神经元凋亡的重要因素之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of action of inflammatory reaction on apoptosis in spinal cord secondary injury.Methods Fourty-eight healthy Wistar rats were randomly di- vided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The spinal cord injury(SCI)of Wistar rats was done by Allen,a way impact on the posteriors of spinal cord T10,drawed the materials at 1,8 h,1,2, 3,7.d.Detected the change of levels of TNF and Myeloperoxidase(MPO).Results The levels of TNF and MPO were all significantly increase in the experimental group(P<0.01 ).Conclusion Neutrophil and TNF-αmay participated in the spinal cord secondary injury,may be one of important factors to trigger tardive neuron apoptosis.
