【摘要】 目的总结应用Hydrocoil栓塞系统（HES）治疗颅内动脉瘤的仞步体会。方法应用Hydrocoil结合水解铂金微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患者14例共15个动脉瘤,其中前交通动脉瘤5个,后交通动脉瘤3个,大脑中动脉瘤2个,大脑后动脉瘤1个,椎动脉夹层动脉瘤1个,基底动脉顶端动脉瘤1个,颈内动脉C₂段动脉瘤2个。结果12例患者13个动脉瘤完全栓塞。2例患者2个动脉瘤大部分栓塞。8例患者随访3-5个月,均未见复发。结论HES能安全有效的栓塞颅内动脉瘤,明显的提高动脉瘤填塞的致密度。栓塞后动脉瘤短期不易复发。长期临床效果仍有待于进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize preliminary experience of treating intracranial aneurysms with HES.Methods 15 intracranial aneurysms in 14 patients were embolized with HES and DCS,including 5 AcoA,3 PcoA,2 MCA,1 PCA,1 VA dissecting aneurysm,1 BA apex and 2 ICA-C2 aneurysms.Results 13 aneurysms in 12 patients were embolized completely,2 mostly embolized.There were no complications and hemorrhage in the 8 cases in the follow-up of 2 to 5 months.Conclusions Treatment for intracranial aneurysms with HES is a safe,effective and reliable measure and Hydrocoils can improve aneurysm filling. Clinical outcome needs further practice and long term follow-up study.更多还原
