猫脑挫裂伤灶周围“半暗带”影像学结合超微结构的初步研究
The preliminary study on magnetic resonance imaging and uitrastructure of pericontusion penumbra zone in cat
【摘要】 目的对猫脑挫裂伤周围半暗带的影像学及超微结构进行动态研究。方法采用改良的Feeney法制作猫脑挫裂伤模型,伤后1h用超导3.0T磁共振扫描仪行磁共振扫描,观察挫裂伤周同影像学变化,并进行定位取材,行光镜和透射电镜检查。结果MRI可见挫裂伤周围脑区呈低灌注表现,DWI上低灌注区明显小于PWI上低灌注区,超微结构可见神经元、星形细胞、血脑屏障不同程度的损伤,神经元凋亡现象,并与时间和空间呈相关性。结论挫裂伤灶周围确实存在“创伤半暗带”;其发生发展过程及临床诊治需进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the time-dependent magnetic resonance imaging and ultrastructural changes of pericontusion penumbra zone in cat following brain trauma.Methods Brain contusion model was established as Feeney’s model.About 1 hours after injure,all cats were examined by MRI to locate the Penumbra zone,and changes of pathology together with the ultrastructure was observed in the Penumbra zone.Results There are hypo-pefusion area around the contusion core,The hypo-pefusion area in DWI is less than in PWI,the mismatch zone is penumbra zone.Neurons,astrocytes and brain blood barrier was destroyed more and more severely depending on time and position.Apoptosis occurred. Conclusions The present findings confirm the existence of traumatic penumbra zone,we should emphasize on further study and treatment of traumatic penumbra zone.
