【摘要】 目的探讨手指套脱性离断伤再植方法的可行性。方法对10例18指手指套脱性离断伤的患者,进行再植术。结果再植18指,术后成活16指．坏死2指,成活率为89%。术后随访5～12个月,手功能和外形满意,再植指两点分辨觉为4～9 mm,按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定：优14指,良2指,优良率达100%。结论手指套脱性离断伤,只要套脱皮肤完整,可以通过再植的方法恢复手部的功能和外形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the feasibility of replantation of degloving amputated fingers.Methods 18 degloving amputated fingers of 10 patients were replanted.Results 16 of the 18 replanted fingers survived.2 failed due to necrosis.The overall survival rate was 89%.A follow-up 5 to 12 (averaging 8) months later demonstrated satisfactory function and good appearance of the replants.2-PD was 4 to 9 ram.According to the evaluation criteria for finer replantation and reconstruction issued by Chinese Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association,14 fingers had excellent while 2 had fairly good function.The overall satisfactory rate was 100%.Conclusion Replantation of decoying amputated fingers is feasible and can restore the function and shape of the fingers if the degloved skin is still intact.更多还原
