【摘要】 目的探讨多指离断的再植方法和疗效。方法对符合条件的18对(36例94指)多指离断患者组成配对资料,将同对病人按手术时间的先后分为同步法再植组和传统法再植组。通过对断指再植时间、再植成功率、血管危象发生率对两种断指再植方法进行比较。结果两种手术方法在再植时间上,经行配对资料的t检验,t=5．109,P＜0．01,两组差异有统计学意义。在再植成功率及血管危象发生率的比较中,根据配对资料的卡方检验,两组差异无统计学意义。结论同步法再植对手术进程优化组合,采用程序化再植技巧进行再植,简化操作步骤,明显缩短了再植时间。但在再植成功率及术后血管危象发生率上两种再植方法无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate replantafion methods of multiple severed fingers.Methods 36 cases d more than two severed fingers with matching parammeters were involved in the study.18 cases (47 fingers) of them were replanted in a synchronic fashion while another 18 cases (47 fingem) by conventional method.The two groups were evaluated based on surgical operation time,survival rate and incidence d circulation crisis.Results The operation time of synchronic replantation group was less than that of the conventional replantation group.T test showed that the difference was statistically significant.The two groups were well-matched in survival rate and incidence of ischemia symptoms based on chi-square test of paired samples.There was no difference in the survival rate and incidence of circulation crisis between the two groups.Couclusion Synchronic replantation of multiple finger severance optimized the surgical procedure,simplified the technique,and consequently shortened operation time. However,the survival rate and incidence of circulation crisis were no different from those of the conventional replantation.更多还原
