【摘要】 目的观察急性脑梗死患者血小板表达血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(PECAM-1)、P-选择素的动态变化。方法采用全血流式细胞术测定35例急性脑梗死患者不同时间血小板PECAM-1、P-选择素的表达水平,并与30名健康对照比较。结果脑梗死患者24h内血小板表达PECAM-1、P-选择素(分别为78.35±10.48,7.75±3.04)明显高于健康对照组(分别为48.89±10.84,2.18±0.83,均P<0.01);P-选择素于24h、PECAM-1于48h达高峰,后缓慢下降,至14d仍高于健康对照组(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。48h内血小板PECAM-1与梗死体积大小呈正相关,与NIHSS评分无关;P-选择素与梗死体积大小和NIHSS评分呈正相关。14dNIHSS评分与血小板PECAM-1有负相关,与P-选择素无关。结论血小板表达的PECAM-1、P-选择素参与了脑梗死急性期的不同病理生理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of expression of platelet PECAM-1,P-selectin in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The platelet expression levels of PECAM-1,P-selectin in 35 patients with acute cerebral infarction were serially measured with whole blood flow cytometry 24,48 hours and 5,7,14 days after the onset,and were compared with those of 30 normal controls.Results The platelet expression levels of PECAM-1 and P-selectin in patients with cerebral infarction 24 hours after the onset(78.35±10.48,7.75±3.04 respectively)were higher than those of controls(48.89±10.84,2.18±0.83 respectively,all P<0.01),and those of PECAM-1 and P-selectin reached the peak 48 hours,24 hours after the onset respectively,then both declined slowly,but still higher than those of controls on the 14th day(P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively).The expression level of PECAM-1 at 48 hours positively correlated with the sizes of cerebral infarction,but didn’t with NIHSS scores;that of P-selectin had positive correlation with the sizes of cerebral infarction and NIHSS scores.On 14 days,the NIHSS scores were negatively correlated with the expression levels of PECAM-1,but not P-selectin.Conclusions Platelet PECAM-1 and P-selectin participate in the different course of pathophysiology of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
