NB35-2油田应用膨胀坐挂定位分支井新技术实践

【摘要】 膨胀坐挂定位分支井技术是国家863“可控(闭环)三维轨迹钻井技术”研究课题分支井钻完井技术研究内容及关键技术。膨胀坐挂定位分支井技术具有以下特点:①采用膨胀管作为坐挂工具,操作简便;②可对老井套管起到保护作用,无需采用传统的卡瓦式坐挂工具;③膨胀管坐挂膨胀后留在井筒内的内径大,便于下入修井工具及井下作业。该项技术首次用于渤海NB35-2油田244.5mm套管井获得成功,为渤海复杂河流相沉积油藏后期调整积累了经验,对于有效降低我国海上油田开发成本具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The technique of expandable tubular setting branch well involves the research scope and main techniques of branch well drilling and completion included in national 863 research project "Controllable(closed loop) 3D trajectory drilling technology".The technique is characterized by(1) use expansion pipe as the setting tool and the operation is simple;(2) provide the protection to the casing in old wells,and it is unnecessary to use traditional slip type hanger;(3) leave big inner diameter in borehole and it is easy to run in workover tools for downhole operation.The technique has been applied firstly and successfully in 244.5 mm casing in NB352 oilfield in Bohai sea,which has accumulated the experience for later period adjustment of development of complicated fluvial reservoirs in Bohai sea and has an important significance for reducing development cost of offshore oilfields in China.
