【摘要】 目的检测胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者胆囊组织中血管活性肠肽受体1(VIP1R)及受体2 (VIP2R)mRNA表达的改变,并与正常胆囊组织对照。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测25例胆囊结石、8例胆囊息肉及7例肝移植供体胆囊组织中血管活性肠肽受体1(VIP1R)及血管活性肠肽受体2 (VIP2R)mRNA的表达。结果与正常对照组相比,胆囊结石组及胆囊息肉组血管活性肠肽受体2 (VIP2R)mRNA的表达明显升高(其中胆囊息肉组t=2．242,P<0．05;胆囊结石组t=2．263,P< 0．05),而血管活性肠肽受体1(VIP1R)mRNA表达无明显变化。结论血管活性肠肽受体2 (VIP2R)mRNA的异常表达在胆囊结石及胆囊息肉的形成过程中有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of VIP1R and VIP2R mRNA in gallbladder tissues of patients with gallbladder diseases. Methods The expression of VIP1R and VIP2R mRNA in gallbladder tissues were detected in 25 patients with gallstone, 8 patients with gallbladder polyps and 7 control liver transplantation donors by RT-PCR. Results The VIP2R mRNA level of the control group (1. 09 ±0. 58 ) was lower than that of the gallbladder polyps group (1.64±0.56 ),P<0.05 and the gallstone group (1.55±0. 45),P<0.05. VIP, R mRNA level in control group (1.15±0.23) was not statistically different from that in gallbladder polyps group (1.28±0.56) and the gallstone group (1.27± 0. 38). Conclusions The abnormal expression of VIP2R mRNA in the gallbladder tissues in patients with gallbladder diseases may have some pathological implications.更多还原
