【Abstract】 Zidovudine was synthesized from β-thymidine by protection of 5’-hydroxyl group with Ph3CCl, esterifica- tion and treatment with NaOH to give 2,3’-dehydro-5’-O-(trityl)thymidine, which was subjected to azidation with NaN3 and then deprotection with an overall yield of 70%.更多还原
