【Abstract】 The orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the preparation of podophyllotoxin freeze-dried liposomes.A HPLC method was used to determine the entrapment rate of the product.The results showed the optimal condition was phospholipids-mannitol(1:8),mannitol as the protector,pH 7.2 PBS as medium.The average entrapment rate was 78.5%.更多还原
