【Abstract】 dnmV was PCR amplified along with its upstream dnmU gene from genomic DNA of Streptomyces coeruleorubidus SIPI-1482, which was one of the daunorubicin-producers. Homologous recombination was used for dnmV gene disruption in SIPI-1482, and one genetically stable disruptant was obtained. The homologous DNA fragment which was sufficient in length for recombination to occur in this strain was identified.更多还原
