【Abstract】 Tenoxicam was synthesized from methyl 3-(chlorosulfonyl)-2-thiophenecarboxylate and glycine methyl ester hydrochloride by condensation, cyclization and N-methylation with (CH3)2SO4 to give 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-2H-thieno [2,3-e]-1,2-thiazine-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxide followed by condensation with 2-pyridinamine in 45% overall yield.更多还原
