基于虚拟仪器的GMP气流粉碎测控系统
A Monitor and Control System of GMP Air Jet Pulverization Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 简要介绍了基于虚拟仪器的符合GMP要求的超细气流粉碎测控系统的基本原理和具体结构。该系统通过计算机实现了对气流粉碎过程的控制,并利用LabVIEW软件实现对空气压力、温度和流速的动态测试。
【Abstract】 The basic principle and the structure of a monitor and control system of air jet pulverization according toGMP requirements based on virtual instrument was introduced. The process of air jet pulverization was controlled bycomputer. And the air pressure, temperature and flow rate were tested dynamically with the LabVIEW software.
