2型糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌基因表达谱研究
Gene expression profiling of skeletal muscle in type 2 diabetic rats
【摘要】 用基因芯片技术比较2型糖尿病大鼠和正常大鼠骨骼肌基因表达谱的差异。糖尿病大鼠有157种基因下调,100种基因上调,部分基因与胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢相关。
【Abstract】 Differences in gene expressions were compared by cDNA microarray in skeletal muscle of type 2 diabetic rats and normal rats.In diabetic rats,157 genes were down-regulated and 100 genes up-regulated. Some of these genes were related to insulin resistance,glucose and lipid metabolism.
