早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞凋亡及胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ的作用

【摘要】 早期糖尿病大鼠被随机分为正常组、糖尿病未治疗组,糖尿病胰岛素治疗组,糖尿病胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-I)治疗组,6周后处死大鼠,用原位末端标记法(TUNEL法)标记大鼠视网膜凋亡细胞,免疫组化法观察Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达。结果表明IGF-I可增加Bcl-2表达、减少Bax表达,抑制视网膜神经细胞凋亡。

【Abstract】 Early diabetic rats were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic control group, diabetic group treated with insulin and diabetic group treated with insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF- I ). All rats were killed after 6 weeks, and the apoptotic retinal nerve cells were stained by the method of TUNEL. Expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 in the retina were studied by immunohistochemistry. IGF- I is able to increase the expression of Bcl-2, decrease the expression of Bax, and restrain the apoptosis in retinal nerve cells.
