上海汉族人群维生素D结合蛋白基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关分析
Correlation between polymorphism of vitamin D binding protein gene and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Han people of Shanghai
【摘要】 采用PCR-RFLP技术研究维生素D结合蛋白(DBP)基因Asp416Glu和Thr420Lys多态性与2型糖尿病的关系。经传递不平衡检验和同胞传递不平衡检验,结果不支持连锁。但此基因多态性对胰岛B细胞功能有一定作用。
【Abstract】 PCR-RFLP method was used to analyze the correlation between Asp416Glu and Thr420Lys of vitamin D binding protein(DBP)gene and type 2 diabetes.The results showed that the two variations of DBP gene were not in linkage with type 2 diabetes via transmission-disequilibrium test and sib transmission-disequilibrium test.However,polymorphism of DBP gene might affect the function of pancreaticβcells.
