【摘要】 目的探讨90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器治疗1岁以下皮肤草莓状血管瘤患儿,体积<2.5 cm×1.3 cm×0.3 cm,单发、皮肤浅表血管瘤疗效。方法采用90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器局部近距离照射治疗,每周3次,10次为1个疗程,采取个体量化治疗,总吸收剂量10~25 Gy,间隔3个月为1个治疗周期。结果138例患儿治疗结束后分别随访1~9个月。1个疗程治愈97例,2个疗程治愈38例,3个疗程治愈3例,无溃破发生,部分出现轻度放射性皮炎,3~9个月基本消失,恢复满意。显效率为100%。结论90Sr/90Y敷贴器治疗婴幼儿皮肤浅表血管瘤,操作简便、安全、无痛,增殖期治疗效果好,恢复满意,易于为患儿家属所接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of ⁹⁰Sr/⁹⁰Y applicator brachytherapy for single strawberry hemangioma of the skin in infants.Methods The applicator brachytherapy was performed 3 times a week using an individual treatment schedule with total doses from 10 Gy to 25 Gy.The observation period after treatment was three months.Results Among 138 infants less than 1 year old,97 cases were cured after the first period of treatment with the follow-up of 9 months,38 cases after the second period of treatment,and 3 cases after the third period of treatment.No skin ulcer was found.A few cases suffered from moderate radioactive dermatitis.Conclusion ⁹⁰Sr/⁹⁰Y applicator brachytherapy is a simple,safe,noninvasive and effective treatment for single strawberry hemangioma in infants.更多还原
