【摘要】 [目的]探讨保乳手术加放疗治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的效果。[方法]回顾性分析1998年1月￣2002年7月在我院接受保乳手术加术后放疗的34例乳腺癌临床资料。[结果]全组随访36￣90个月,平均随访63.5个月。3年生存率100%(34/34),3年无瘤生存率97.1%(33/34),随访满5年的24例,5年生存率100%(24/24),5年无瘤生存率91.7%(22/24)。[结论]Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌采用保乳手术加放射治疗可取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the effect of breast conservative surgery combined with radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer StageⅠ~Ⅱ.[Methods] The clinical data of 34 patients with breast cancer undergoing breast conservative surgery in our hospital from January 1998 to July 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. [Results]All the patients were followed up for 36~90 months with average of 63.5 months. The 3-year overall survival rate was 100%(34/34),3-year disease free survival rate was 97.1%(33/34).Twenty-four cases were followed up over 5 years, the 5-year overall survival rate was 100%(24/24),5-year disease free survival rate was 91.7%(22/24).[Conclusion] Breast conservative surgery combined with radiotherapy for breast cancer stageⅠ~Ⅱ achieves satisfactory effect.更多还原
