【摘要】 [目的]通过检测Syk与C-erbB-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中的表达,分析Syk表达与临床预后指标的关系,探讨Syk在乳腺癌预后评价中的意义。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测5例乳腺纤维腺瘤、5例正常乳腺标本和35例乳腺癌手术标本中Syk和C-erbB-2、PCNA的表达水平。[结果]正常乳腺标本及乳腺纤维腺瘤标本中C-erbB-2及PCNA均为阴性而Syk全部呈阳性。35例乳腺癌中Syk(-)11例,C-erbB-2(+)18例,PCNA(+)24例,Syk的表达与PCNA表达相关,但与C-erbB-2表达无明显相关。[结论]Syk表达缺失可作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the expression of Syk and C-erbB-2,PCNA in patients with breast cancer , and to analyze the relationship between Syk expression and prognosis predictors,then to elucidate the value of expression in breast cancer prognosis and treatment. [Methods] The expression of Syk, C-erbB-2 and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry in 5 specimens of normal breast tissue, 5 specimens of breast fibroadenomas and 35 specimens of breast cancer. [Results] In breast fibroadenomas and normal breast tissue, the C-erbB-2 and PCNA were negatively expressed in all specimens, while Syk was positively expressed in all specimens. In the 35 breast cancer specimens,Syk(-)11,C-erbB-2(+)18, PCNA(+)24. There was significant correlation between the expression of Syk and PCNA, but there wasn’t significant correlation between the expression of Syk and C-erbB-2. [Conclusions] The negative expression of Syk could be considered as a prognostic predictor for breast cancer.更多还原
