亚低温对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用
Neuroprotective role of mild hypothermia on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
【摘要】 目的研究亚低温对缺血脑组织的保护作用及对缺血区炎性细胞因子的影响。方法制作大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血模型,观察亚低温治疗对大鼠脑梗死灶体积、神经功能和缺血脑组织肿瘤坏死因子及白细胞介素-1表达的影响。结果亚低温组和常温组大鼠脑梗死体积占全脑体积的百分比分别为(21.06±2.42)%和(30.32±2.71)%,神经功能评分分别为(1.35±0.27)和(2.04±0.34)分,缺血脑组织肿瘤坏死因子表达的阳性细胞数分别为(31.94±7.23)个/视野和(69.20±9.43)个/视野,白细胞介素-1表达的阳性细胞数分别为(28.95±4.97)个/视野和(55.79±7.93)个/视野,差异均有显著性。结论亚低温对缺血脑组织具有保护作用,对炎症级联反应的抑制可能是其发挥脑保护作用的重要机制之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the neuroprotective role and the effect of mild hypothermia on inflammatory cytokine of ischemic area.Methods A rat model of middle cerebral artery ischemia was prepared to compare the effect of mild hypothermia on the cerebral infarction volume and neurologic function as well as the expression of TNF-a and IL-1.Results The rates of cerebral infarction volume were(21.06±2.42)% and ((30.32±2.71)%),the neurologic function scores were(1.35±0.27) and(2.04±0.34),the positive cell counts of TNF-α were((31.94±7.23)) and(69.20±9.43) and the positive cell counts of IL-1 were(28.95±4.97) and(55.79±7.93)per visuld field,respectively,in the mild hypothermia group and the normal group.The differences between groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Mild hypothermia has a protective role in cerebral ischemic tissue and inhibits the inflammatory cascade reaction,which may be one of the neuroprotective role mechanisms.
