【摘要】 目的:探讨老年人智齿并发症的临床特点、误诊原因,以提高早期诊断率。方法:对86例60岁以上老年人智齿并发症临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:老年人智齿并发症临床表现不典型,症状多样化,病程常迁延,临床上易误诊。结论:老年人存有(阻生)智齿,在特定条件下,可引起多种并发症;应尽早拔除可能成为病灶的智齿,预防随年龄增长引起并发症;早期明确智齿病灶诊断的关键是意识到智齿病源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical features of the complications associated with wisdom teeth in aged patients and the reason for misdiagnosis so as to improve the diagnotic rate earlier. Methods: 86 cases of the complications due to wisdom teeth in the patients over 60 years have been analyzed retrospectively. Results: The clinical display of the complications is variable , clinical features are atypical and disease-course tends to procrastinate, these factors lead to misdiagnosis usually. Conclusions: Among the aged patients many complications may be caused by retained (impacted) wisdom teeth with overlapping of other factors. The teeth that may be a delitescent focus must be extracted as soon as possible to prevent the occurrence of complications with the growth of the age, The key for early diagnosis is the awareness of original disease from wisdom teeth更多还原
