【摘要】 目的了解深圳市重点医学专科中期建设情况并据此制订下一步的发展战略目标。方法根据《深圳市重点医学专科(实验室)评估指标体系(试行)》(该体系有19个Ⅱ级指标,总分值1 000分),分别从学科管理、人才建设、学科影响力、科技优势、教学培训、学科条件和医疗质量7个方面对已建设了2年的34个深圳市重点医学专科和实验室进行了中期评估。结果得分在700以上(A组)、600～699分(B组)、500～599分(C组)、400～499分(D组)及400分以下(E组)的重点医学专科分别为2个、12个、15个、4个和1个；其中,A组和B组的重点医学专科取得了满意的建设结果,但D组和E组没有达标,C组还需进行整改,有望在后半个建设周期内达标。结论按上述指标体系对现有的重点医学专科建设进行中期评估是可行的。评估结果可以为重点医学专科发展战略目标的制订提供科学的指导意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the middle-term construction status of Shenzhen important key medical specialties( KMS),and by which the future developing strategies are proposed.Methods According to evaluation index and system of Shenzhen Municipal Level Key Medical Specialty/Laboratory (on trial ver- sion) they are divided into 19 grades for the second index,the total scores are 1 000.The middle-term e- valuation was developed for two years within 34 different medical specialties in Shenzhen and it was practiced on discipline management,talent development,discipline impact,science and technology advantage,teach- ing and training,discipline basis and quality deficiency respectively.Results There were 2,12,15,4 and 1 KMS that score was≥700 (Group A),600-699 (Group B),500-599 (Group C),400-499 (Group D),＜400(Group E) respectively.Therefore,the construction status of Group A and B,Group C,and Group D and E was above,near and below the target achieving standard respectively.Conclusion Middle- term evaluation on current KMS is feasible and important.Developing strategies of future KMS can refer to this scientific evaluation conclusion.更多还原
