硬质合金刀具干式切削淬硬钢的表面完整性研究
Research on the Surface Integrity of Quenched Steel Cut by Hard Alloy Cutting Tools
【摘要】 在数控车床上进行了干式硬态切削淬硬钢,研究了切削条件对已加工表面完整性的影响。研究表明:切削过程中fν和切削热对已加工表面形貌起着至关重要的影响作用;硬化层沿整个已加工表面均匀地分布,使硬度得到提高;在一定的切削条件下可以增加表面所形成的残余压应力。研究结论有助于推进硬态干式切削,有利于提高已加工表面的完整性。
【Abstract】 The dry cutting of quenched steel is done on the numerical control lathe and the influence on the integrity of surface machined is studied.It shows ν_f in cutting and cutting heat have great importance to the shape of the surface machined;the hardened layer is distributing on the surface machined to improve the rigidity and the remained stress is added under certain cutting term.The conclusion helps to advance the dry cutting and improve the integrity of the surface machined.
