基于IPC的自动拧紧机控制系统设计
Design of Automatic Screw-machine Controlling System Based on IPC
【摘要】 文章结合国内汽车行业的需求,根据自动拧紧系统的控制要求自主设计研发了基于IPC的自动拧紧机控制系统,并从扭矩控制的原理入手分别介绍分析了其硬件及软件部分。该系统在多个方面采用了新方法,已经在国内多条装配线实际应用,取得了很好的使用效果。
【Abstract】 According to the need of the local automobile industry and the automatic screwmachine controlling system’s request,this paper develops an automatic screw-machine controlling system based on IPC independently,and introduces its hardware and software respectively commencing with the theory of torque control.The system adopted new methods in many aspects,and obtained a good effect in the assembly lines.
