【摘要】 制造企业集成主要涉及到CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP/PDM/ERP等系统的集成。各系统的集成有助于企业内部以及企业之间不同部门和不同应用系统之间的数据交换和消息的互相传递和集成。通过对目前典型中小企业各应用系统分析的基础之上,研究了基于Web Service并以XML为数据和消息传递格式的集成方式,并提出了一个集成平台模型框架。在平台中,各系统通过查询UDDI注册服务中心可以知道各个系统提供给外界的服务,进而实现对其系统的调用。该集成方式以灵活的数据格式,可重用的数据模块和松散偶合的服务模式集成各应用系统,因此可以更好的服务客户并能满足客户个性化需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of manufacturing companies is about the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP/ PDM/ERP applications.The integration of all or some of these applications can help data and message in- tegrate and exchange between different applications of different companies or different departments in on com- pany.Based on analysis of representative small-middle-sized companies,we developed a integration method based on Web Service.The method we developed transferring data and message using XML format.Based on the method,a kind of integration platform model is presented.In the platform,different applications query UDDI server for web service that other applications provide,then application invoke web service interface di- rectly from other applications.The method we developed using agile data format,reusable data integration module and loosely-coupled service oriented architecture integrates different application systems,so it can sat- isfy customers’ individual requirement and serve enterprises better.更多还原
