基于虚拟样机的高速客车空气悬架仿真分析及相似设计

【摘要】 利用ADAM软件建立一种高速客车空气悬架的虚拟样机模型,通过选取模型主要参数的多组数据进行多组系统运动学仿真,描绘车轮在不同路面状况下的动态过程,分析其仿真数据并推导回归方程;同时,运用相似理论,对其主要部件建立相似关系,确定系统各相似参数之间的相容性,将原模型按4:l比例进行缩小,并进行运动学仿真,把仿真结果与原型仿真结果进行比较,证明了相似理论在空气悬架仿真方面应用的可行性。

【Abstract】 A dummy prototype model of a high-speed bus’s air suspension is established by using the AD- AMS software.Also the dynamic process of the wheels which move on different road surfaces is discussed through several kinematical simulations by choosing different data of the main parameters of the model and the data which got from the simulated process is analyzed to derive the regressive equations.Moreover,the com- patibility of system parameters by using the similitude theory is confirmed.Additionally,shorten the model in scale of 4:1 to simulate the dynamic process.Last but not least,the paper compared the simulation result with the result of the prototype simulation.It is not difficult to fred that the similitude theory is feasible.This method saves the product design time and reduces the design cost,providing other similar products some new design ideas at the same time.
