【摘要】 为了解决覆盖件模具企业的设计变更问题,首先分析了覆盖件模具产品开发不同阶段的BOM信息。在此基础上,以PDM作为集成框架,实现了PDM\CAPP\ERP的集成。对发生设计变更的覆盖件产品,首先分析了不同的变更类型,在PDM中建立与其产品号相联系的虚拟产品,然后通过该虚拟产品向CAPP和ERP进行发布,传递设计变更的信息,在CAPP中针对该虚拟产品进行工艺设计,并将其工艺发布到ERP进行相应生产上的处理,实现了覆盖件模具设计变更过程在各应用系统之间的无缝链接,提高了覆盖件产品开发的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of design change of auto panel dies,the integrated information in different developing stages of auto panel dies is firstly analyzed.On the basis,the PDM/CAPP/ERP integration is then implemented with PDM as the integration framework.For the changed product,a dummy product is created in PDM with its product ID correlative with the original product,then the design change information is sent to CAPP and ERP through the dummy product,new machining process according to the dummy product is drew,and the process information is then sent to ERP,proper treatments is executed in ERP,thus the seamless connection between individual applications in the course of design change of auto panel dies is established and the development efficiency is improved.更多还原
