基于小波变换的微钻头破损模式的识别
Identify Breakage Pattern of Micro-drill Based on Wavelet Transforms
【摘要】 文章提出了一种基于小波分析的微小钻头折断和破损的在线监测方法,得出微小钻头折断时的力信号表现出两种主要模式,并利用小波分解代替传统的傅立叶变换进行信号分析,来准确识别钻头的正常钻削与破损状态,从而实现钻头折断的预报,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A kind of on-line monitoring method is put forward for micro-drill breakage.In the paper,micro-drill failure is characterized by two types of transient pattern in the cutting force signal.The DWT instead of traditional FT is used to detect these patterns,and to identify nicely the drill in gear or breakage.The experiment testifies its validity of the method.
