【Abstract】 The connotation of mass customization is analyzed.Its manufacturing stage includes the mass production of standard objects and the individual production of customization.The theory and steps of pre-control method are introduced.Based on the manufacturing characteristics of mass customization mode,the classical statistical process control(SPC) tools are used into the mass production stage of standard objects,the pre-control method is used into the individual production stage of customization.Thus,the quality control method for mass customization is proposed.更多还原
