鞍区肿瘤术后脑性耗盐综合征的护理
Nursing of patients with cerebral salt wasting syndrome after the operation of sellar tumors
【摘要】 总结了20例鞍区肿瘤术后发生脑性耗盐综合征患者的临床表现和实验室检查特点,通过密切观察病情,积极配合治疗,并采取相应的护理措施,18例患者水、电解质紊乱得到纠正,1例合并严重心律失常抢救无效死亡,1例放弃治疗。鞍区肿瘤术后脑性耗盐综合征患者的护理应重视病情观察,早期监测各项化验指标,及时纠正水、电解质紊乱,从而提高疗效,取得良好的预后。
