【摘要】 目的应用彩色多普勒血流显像观察针刺治疗喉部慢性炎症患者甲状腺上动脉的血流变化。方法穴位针刺治疗40例喉部慢性炎症患者,检测针刺前后甲状腺上动脉血流动力学指标的变化。结果穴位针刺取针后即刻与针刺前比较血管内径增宽,舒张期末血流速度和平均流速增大,搏动指数和阻力指数减小,差异有统计学意义。结论针刺穴位治疗可改善喉部的血液供应,起到消除喉部充血、水肿,达到消除炎症的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the hemodynamics of the superior thyroid artery in patients with chronic laryngitis treated by acupuncture.Methods Forty patients with chronic laryngitis were treated by acupuncture and the hemodynamic parameters of their superior thyroid artery before and after treatment were examined by corol Doppler flow imaging.Results After acupuncture,the superior thyroid artery dilated,the end-diastole minimum velocity and mean velocity arose,resistance index and pulse index decreased,there were statistical significance between before and after treatment.Conclusions Acupuncture can improve the blood supply of superior thyroid artery,the edema and congestion of the throat alleviated,which may be the mechanism of acupuncture treatment.更多还原
