氟体系AUC流程制备陶瓷UO2粉末及其母液处理工艺
The Fabrication Process of Ceramic Grade UO2 Powder via Fluorid System AUC and the Treatment on AUC Precipitation Filtrate(In Chinese)
【摘要】 介绍了以UF6水解液为原料采用气提环流搅拌沉淀反应器制备AUC粉末、用流化床分解还原氟体系AUC制备陶瓷级UO2粉末、用离子交换树脂处理含氟废液中的铀和用生石灰沉淀离子交换尾液中氟的处理工艺。具体研究了以UF6水解液为原料制备AUC粉末的主要控制参数;讨论了氟体系制备的AUC粉末与硝酸体系制备的粉末的各种差异。实验结果表明:采用气体环流搅拌反应器并以UF6水解液为原料制备AUC粉末,组成恒定且质量稳定,重现性好;采用流化床技术分解还原氟体系AUC晶体,并在最佳工艺条件下能够稳定地获得性能优良的陶瓷级UO2粉末,完全满足Gd2O3-UO2芯块制造的要求。
【Abstract】 It is described about the technology of fabricating AUC powder by Circumfluence Precipitation Reactor with Gas(CPRG) from UF6 hydrolyzed liquid,manufactureing nuclear pure ceramic grade UO2 powder via fluorid system AUC process with fluidized bed method,recovering U(Ⅵ) with ion exchange resin,depositing fluorin in an outflow of effusion wastewater from the ion exchange using calces.The primary control parameters on the fabricating AUC powder is study,it is discussed to character differece of AUC powder between fluorid system and nitrate.Result show that the composing to manufacture AUC powder is invariable by CORG,and that the AUC quality is consistent,and that by decomposition and reduction of AUC and stabilization of UO2 powder with fluidized bed,through optimum technological parameters,the excellent UO2 powder is obtained on the quality.
