脂肪酶结合化学法控制马尾松TMP树脂障碍
Pitch Control of TMP of Masson Pine by Lipase Combining with Chemicals
【摘要】 利用脂肪酶联合过氧乙酸、H2O2、1,4-二氧六环3种氧化剂对马尾松TMP进行处理,用紫外分光光度法测定其甘油三酸酯含量,用红外光谱分析树脂成分的变化。结果表明,脂肪酶结合化学法处理后,马尾松TMP中甘油三酸酯的降解率由脂肪酶处理后的21.1%提高到34.8%;上述3种氧化剂不仅可以降解树脂中的甘油三酸酯,且可以增加芳香族化合物与苯环相连接的烷烃中的羟基数量。
【Abstract】 The lipase combining with peroxyacetic acid,hydrogen peroxide and 1,4-dioxane was utilized to treat the TMP of masson pine.The removal of resin was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The results showed that the degradation rate of triglyceride from 21.1% after the treatment of lipase increases to 34.8% by the lipase treatment combining with the chemicals.Therefore,it paves a new way for the pitch control of TMP in the mill.
