高浓低泡阳离子表面施胶剂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 采用高分子表面活性剂加入苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(CM)的无皂聚合,合成了高浓阳离子表面施胶剂。当m(St)∶m(BA)=117∶100、ω(CM)=3.4%、ω(EM)=8%、ω(APS)=0.5%、反应时间4 h时,得到优化产物CPSS-1,并对其共聚结构进行了IR、ATR-IR和DSC分析。添加质量分数为0.20%的CPSS-1时,与仅用氧化淀粉相比,纸页Cobb值和PPS粗糙度分别降低34.0%和4.3%,表面强度、裂断长、耐破指数及光泽度分别提高34.0%、4.9%、9.3%和43.0%。

【Abstract】 The cationic surface sizing agent with high solid content was prepared by introducing a macromolecule surfactant produced in our lab into the soap-free copolymerization of styrene,butyl acrylate and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride.The impact of m(St)∶m(BA),dosage of CM and EM on the properties of the product was respectively discussed,and the optimum sample CPSS-1 was obtained on the conditions of m(St)∶m(BA)=117∶100,ω(CM)=3.4%(total weight of monomers),ω(EM)=8%(total weight of monomers),ω(APS)=0.5%(total weight of monomers),reaction time of 4h.the predesigned copolymer molecular structure of CPPS-1 was identified by the analysis of IR,ATR-IR and DSC.Compared with the surface sizing liquid full of oxidized starch slurry,Cobb value and PPS roughness of sized paper decreased 34.0% and 4.3% respectively,and surface strength,breaking length,burst index and gloss of the sized paper increased by 34.0%,4.9%,9.3% and 43.0% respectively when 0.2% CPSS-1 was added into the sizing liquid.In addition,better effect of surface sizing and lower foam compared with the products such as RT and K350 used currently in paper mills were the other advantages of CPPS-1.
