【摘要】 目的：研究红树林植物老鼠筋Acanthus ilicifolius的化学成分。方法：用色谱法分离,用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为甜菜碱(1),苯乙醇-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-D-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),苯乙醇-8-0-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),类叶升麻苷(4),异类叶升麻苷(5),苯甲醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),香草酸(7)。结论：1,3,6和7为首次从老鼠筋属植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Acanthus ilicifolius.Method:Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from A.ilicifolius,and chemical and spectroscopic methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isola- ted compounds.Result:Seven compounds,betaine(1),phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),phe- nylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),acteoside(4),isoacteoside(5),benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)and vanillic acid(7) were obtained.Conclusion:1,3,6 and 7 were obtained from the genus for the first time.更多还原
