【摘要】 目的:研究安脑片(主成分β-细辛醚)对慢性点燃癫痫大鼠脑皮质S100B蛋白和神经肽Y(NPY)的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为5组,安脑片高、中、低(相当于β-细辛醚100,50,25 mg.kg-1)剂量组,阳性药对照组(苯妥英钠),阴性对照组(基质)。灌胃给药,观察安脑片对抗青霉素点燃癫痫的作用,测定脑皮质S100B蛋白和NPY的含量。结果:安脑片能降低癫痫的发作级别,延长发作潜伏期,减少湿狗样抖动次数;能降低癫痫大鼠脑皮质S100B蛋白和NPY的含量。结论:安脑片有显著抗癫痫作用,能减轻因癫痫发作引起的神经元损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Annao tablet(main component is β-asarone) on S100B and NPY of cortex in chronic epilepsy rats.Method: The remedy was administered orally.The effects were observed in convulsion model induced by PG,then S100B protein and NPY of cortex were determined.Result: Annao tablet could depress the epileptic degree,postpone spasm latent period and reduce the wet dog sample(WDS) times.The remedy could decline S100B and NPY of cortex in chronic epilepsy rats.Conclusion: Annao tablet has obvious antiepileptic effects and can reduce the nerve cell damage induced by epilepsy.更多还原
