藓类植物回心草化学成分研究Ⅱ
Studies on chemical constituents from moss Rhodobryum roseum Ⅱ
【摘要】 目的:研究民族草药藓类植物回心草Rhodobryum roseum的化学成分。方法:回心草95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分,用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱进行成分分离纯化,通过物理化学和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从回心草的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到了8个化合物,结构鉴定为:芹菜素(apigenin,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、齐墩果酸(oleanolicacid,3)2、α-羟基齐墩果酸(2-αhydroxyoleanolic acid,4)、2α-羟基乌苏酸(2-αhydroxyursolic acid,5)、原儿茶酸(protocate-chuic acid,6)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,7)、对羟基桂皮酸(-phydroxycinnamic acid,8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Rhodobryum roseum.Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatography with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin(1),quercetin(2),oleanolic acid(3),2α-hydroxyoleanolic acid(4),2α-hydroxyursolic acid(5),protocatechuic acid(6),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(8).Conclusion: Compounds 1-8 were isolated from R.roseum for the first time.
