土贝母中1个活性皂苷的分离和鉴定

【摘要】 目的:研究中药土贝母中的生物活性成分。方法:采用稻瘟霉模型生物活性追踪方法,应用多种色谱技术进行分离,根据波谱解析和化学手段鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了1个具有诱导稻瘟霉菌丝变形活性的双糖链皂苷:3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-贝萼皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖酯苷(Ⅰ)。结论:Ⅰ为新天然产物,对K-562和BEL-7402肿瘤细胞显示显著的细胞毒性,但对1%兔红细胞无溶血作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the bioactive constituents from tubers of Bolbostemma paniculatum.Method:Compounds were isolated by extraction and partition as well as several-chromatographic techniques guided with Pyricularia oryzae bioassay method.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence.Result: Bisdesmoside(I) was isolated as active compound causing morphological abnormality of Pyricularia oryzae mycelia and elucidated as 3O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-bayogenin28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)α-L-arabinopyranoside.Conclusion: I is a new natural product and exhibited significant cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines K-562 and BEL-7402,but no hemolytic activity to rabbit erythrocytes.
