【摘要】 目的:观察大承气冲剂对三镜(腹腔镜、胆道镜、十二指肠镜)联合胆总管探查术及开腹胆总管探查术术后机体的影响。方法:将80例单纯十二指肠镜取石失败患者随机分为4组:微创+中药组,微创组,开腹+中药组,开腹组。观察每组患者术后白细胞计数、肠功能恢复情况、血CRP及IL-6水平。结果:微创+中药组和开腹+中药组白细胞计数、肠功能恢复情况、血CRP及IL-6水平分别优于微创组和开腹组,P<0.05。结论:大承气冲剂能有效降低术后应激反应,促进肠功能恢复,减少肠道的内毒素吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influences of Da Cheng Qi granules on the alterations following laparoscopic and laparotomic common bile duct exploration Methods Prospective study was made on 80 patients, divided into 4 groups: minimally invasion + Da Cheng Qi granules, minimally invasion, laparotomy + Da Cheng Qi granules,laparotomy by strarified random according to patients’ sex and age. The postoperative periods of gas evacuation, the leukocyte count, CRP and IL-6 level were analized. Results The gas passing time, leukocyte count,CRP and IL-6 levels in the minimally invasion + Da Cheng Qi granule group and in laparotomy + Da Cheng Qi granules group were respectively less than in the minimally invasion and laparotomy groups. Conclusion Da Cheng Qi granules can reduce the postoperative stress reaction, reduce absorption of gastrointestinal endotoxin, and facilitate the gastrointestinal function recovery.更多还原
